If you're encountering problems with The Sims 4 or the EA app not launching, you’re in the right place. Here’s a straightforward guide that will 100% make EA app work & launch Sims 4 and any game if you're dealing with EA app broken & EA app won't open.

Step 1: Fix the EA App

Let’s begin by addressing the EA app not launching games itself. Follow these three steps:

1. For Windows users, press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to open the task manager. Look for the EA Background Service and end this task. This service can prevent the EA app from opening properly.
2. Check the system tray (the icons next to your clock) to ensure the EA app isn’t running there. If it is, right-click and select Exit.
3. Log into the EA app, navigate to the menu (three lines), select Help, then App Recovery, and click on Clear Cache. Be aware this may log you out, so make sure you know your login details.

Step 2: Uninstall the EA App

If the EA app still fails to launch your games, consider uninstalling it:

1. Open your Control Panel and go to Uninstall a Program. Find the EA app and uninstall it.
